Returns

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or colour preferences
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to you

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@joeyviggy.co.uk so we can assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days
